I won’t be able to do it again this summer. Because of US Republicans starting (even more) stupid wars, oil prices are up…and the postal service is adding extra shipping charges, starting on April 26, lasting through next January.
So, you know what, screw it, I’m doing it now. Go to this page and order Volumes 1-8 — fast enough that I can get them in the mail before the new Trump tax hits — and you’ll get the postage discount:

I bought the volumes 1 to 6 some times ago thanks to this offer, and I’d like to know if you’d agree to do a bundle with the volumes 7 and 8? I could pay more than the 9$ for shipping you’re offering if you want, I understand that it can’t be sustainable for you! And if you can’t at all, no problem, I’d get it too 😀

So the reason the backlist deal works is, I take most of the shipping cost out of what the reader pays for the books.
I haven’t double-checked which country you’re from, I’m just looking at the rates for Australia: Shipping a Medium Flat Rate Box is currently $109 (USD). Take that cost out of what I’m charging for the 8-book bundle ($169 total for AU), and I have $60 left. It’s as if I sold the books to a US backer for $7.50 each.
Shipping 2 books to AU costs $62. For me to walk away with $7.50 per book, I’d have to charge $77 total.
Let me know if that works for you! If yes, I’ll set up a temporary shipping discount on the 2-volume combo so the math adds up.
