It must be nice to dress 100% for aesthetic, never having to worry about your core body temperature.
… Now I have the idea of a vampire who got cocky got too cold to move, resulting in him stuck out in the mountains until his partner came looking… then hauled him back to their castle and left him in the courtyard (with adequate sun protection of course) for a few hours because their friends deserved a giggle, too.
I don’t think it’s THAT cold in the mountains. How would “too cold to move” for superstrong vampires look, being encased in ice?
… of course, even that can happen. If not in any other way, I think it can happen if the vampire slips and falls into water.
the idea in my head was less “Unable to move” and more “may literally tear something because their skin has lost all ductility due to becoming so cold.”
