Swords: Longsword

Longswords are a rare type of heartsword with a long, straight, double-edged blade, plus a long, heavy, two-handed grip.

Wielders are talented overachievers. Rare in the general population, but over-represented among people who get through heartsword training, since once they sign up they're most likely to succeed.

Longswords have extremely high standards for themselves, which they channel into being cartoonishly good at lots of things, at the expense of “not feeling like they're allowed to relax ever.”
